These are terrain files, the islands are not parcelled for rent or resale, you may parcel as necessary after the file has been downloaded. If you have prims on the land where you intend to download the .raw file, it is suggested that you remove them. They may be returned or buried below the land. There are no refunds, ever, for any reason. All of these files are guaranteed to work. We have tested each one, and/or are using them at present.
